Returns & Refunds

Perishable items

Perishable goods are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos and a brief description so we can investigate and resolve swiftly.

Non-perishable items

You may return unused, unopened non-perishable items within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please package items securely; return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Damages, shortages & order issues

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate once we’ve reviewed your photographs and courier scan data.

Incorrect addresses & missed deliveries

Please check addresses carefully. We can’t be responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or where the courier is unable to obtain access. A mobile number helps ensure you receive live tracking updates.

Public holidays & cut-off times

Cut-off times apply to working days (Mon–Fri). Couriers do not collect or deliver on public holidays. During peak periods, services may be limited and transit times may extend.
